Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Inc. (PSVAC) is an all volunteer organization based in Park Slope, Brooklyn that provides emergency medical response, rescue operations, patient assessment, treatment, and transport to patients regardless of the ability to pay in the greater Park Slope Community.
PSVAC has been operating uninterrupted since 1992 as a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and has met the challenges of serving our community for over 25 years. The PSVAC coverage area includes Park Slope, Sunset Park, Windsor Terrace, Red Hook, Gowanus, Cobble Hill, Carol Gardens, Boerum Hill, Prospect Heights, Brooklyn Heights, Greenwood Heights, and the Columbia Waterfront.
PSVAC is a member of the Center For Community Based EMS (CCBEMS), a nonprofit organization that provides operational and training support to emergency medical service (EMS) agencies.
