Since the Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps provides its services to the community regardless of ability to pay, the Corps relies on donations to keep afloat. All donations, including very small donations, are appreciated, as they are the lifeblood of our organization. The money will be used by the Corps to purchase life-saving equipment and support operations, training, education/job placement for our trainees and members, and community outreach and education. Individual contributions make up the vast majority of financial support for the Corps. As a federally and state-registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, all donations are fully tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Sponsorship opportunities exist that can provide visibility and recognition for your support, including the placement of your name or organization's logo on our ambulances, website, and printed materials. We also provide opportunities for employees of our supporters to volunteer time with us. All donations can be made by check or money order to "Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps Inc" and sent to: Park Slope Volunteer Ambulance Corps 478 Bergen Street Brooklyn, NY 11217 • Donations over $1,000 will appoint you or your organization to "Honorary Member" status within our Corps. • Donations over $10,000 will appoint you or your organization to "Honorary Chief" status. For those who wish, donations may be made anonymously.
